Q: What is your return policy?
A: You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of your purchase of ready-made jewelry. Please note that the product must be returned untouched or altered, and in its original condition. In case of a refund, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. All custom designs are non-refundable and only available for instore-credit in the case the recipient doesn't love their piece and/or is subject to a 35% restocking fee at owner’s discretion. Q: My White Gold ring looks like it is turning yellow?
A: All gold rings regardless of purity or color start off as 24kt yellow gold. With normal wear and as time passes the outside will start to show a slight hue of yellow. This would be the time to stop into our store to have your ring polished and restored to its original beauty!

A: Normal rule of thumb is every 6 months. If you notice your prong catching or a nick or gouge in your jewelry it is highly recommended that you bring in your jewelry for inspection and a free estimate
